The holder will have to confirm its eligibility and its identity after the registration of the domain name on id.music. The domain name's DNS will not resolve until the verification is done.
Below the individuals or legal entities able to register a .MUSIC:
- Music Intellectual Property (Documents needed), or
- Members of a Music Community Member Organizations (MCMO) (Documents needed), or
- Musicians, Artists/Bands and Creators (Documents needed), or
- Music Based Business, Corporation and Organization (Documents needed), or
- Consultants, Agents, Managers or Professionals Working on behalf of previous classes (Documents needed), or
- Established businesses that wish to use music as part of their future business, marketing, promotional activities, or
- Aspiring Musicians, Artists/Bands and Creators
